The resort creates a serene island escape to unwind, to enjoy blissful spa pampering and to indulge the palate with exquisite cuisine.We are looking for a Human Resources/Payroll Executive to join our team!As a Human Resources/Payroll Executive, we rely on you to:

• Report to Human Resources Manager on a monthly payroll consolidation, managing and maintaning payroll information
• Process and validate payroll information pertaining to new joiners, leavers, casuals etc. including calculation, payment, and settlement of wage-related fees according to local legislation and company policies
• Provides timely and accurate information for monthly payroll accounting and statutory payments, inclusive of CPF and yearend tax
• Working along with the HRBusiness Partner team to drive employee engagement

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for payroll functions
• Possess relevant experience in payroll
• Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws pertaining to payroll and wage assessments
• Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Understanding of human resources payroll processes and procedures
• Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
• Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
