Your key responsibilities:

• Key responsibility will be to expand the Asia FX Trading Franchise across all markets, products and client segments globally. Expanding product suite and facilitating flows in all countries in Asia and across EM corridors, ie CEEMEA, Latam.
• Main focus on FX asset class flow business across institutional and corporate franchise across the regions
• Managing Asia FX currency flows along with pricing and risk portfolio optimization
• Providing liquidity to Deutsche Bank Clients who range from financial institutions to corporates
• Design and implement electronic trading solutions for the overall GEM franchise
• Develop and maintain market-making and hedging algorithms for FX products
• Conduct quantitative research and generate analytics for the relevant markets and products
• Ideation of new solutions / structures based on changing regulatory environment across Asia
• Engagement with broader GEM financing business (ex-Asia) to bridge outreach with Asia
• Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on infrastructure development
• Optimize product delivery and service through co-ordination with internal groups and pro- sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and customer loyalty

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 12-15 years\' experience in FX voice and algorithmic trading
• Strong history of risk management, running trading books and business development
• Deep knowledge of client and regulatory landscape across Asia nd the globe across Fixed income franchise, institutions and corporates.
• Very strong quantitative skills and product knowledge
• Proficiency in dynamics of non-linear risks
• Strong networking / communication skills
• Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team
