From the kitchen to cone, every scoop is the result of hard working, happy staff and the finest ingredients we can source. We are looking for exceptional folks and team players who are motivated and passionate individuals to join our expanding brand!
- Recruitment, development and retention of staff in outlets
- Responsible for the profitability of the outlet, staff management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards and execution of promotions in outlet
- Ensure that all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
- Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Maintain safe working conditions, ensure hygiene regulations and upkeep of outlet cleanliness
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and order products as necessary
- 5 days work week.
- Working location: Upper Thomson & Beauty World
- Minimum of 3 year experience in F&B industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends and public holidays
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills
- Dependable, reliable and high level of integrity
