1. Role Description This position reports to Director. The trainee will be expected to develop their operational skillset, leadership as well as being a strong team player. The Operations Manager will keep track of logistics and update the company's inventory, analyze operational performance and resolve issues. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.

2. Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in:

• Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure.

• Look for opportunities of improvement or revision.

• Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.

• Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.

• Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals. control processes. Works closely with Operation Director on other special planning and departmental projects.
  

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities. Ability to communicate with others effectively.

• Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.

• Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies

• Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
