Job Description

- Prior exp with OT/PT+Daycare mgt exp is required!

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Day Care Centre in service delivery to patients.
- Manage the development and review of Day Care services to meet the needs of patients and families.
- Manage the Allied Health team in delivering services to Day Care patients and Inpatients.
- Ensure robust coordination and communication within the interdisciplinary team.
- Actively engage external stakeholders which are part of patients' care community.
- Lead the team to establish programmes, sound policies and practices in the development of palliative rehabilitation strategy.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council
- At least 8 years of PT/OT experience including 5 years of management experience at a managerial level in an acute hospital or other relevant healthcare setting
- Able to communicate in local dialects is advantageous
- Working Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 830am to 530pm
- Location: North
