Support Directors/Heads of Departments in developing strategic work plans in line with the Hospital/Division\'s goals which may include clinical excellence, service excellence, operational excellence, manpower development, division collaboration, training and development, career and competency, strategy and performance etc.
Facilitate and manage cross departmental and multi-disciplinary teams to drive and execute operational projects.
Provide liaison support for internal and external parties involved in business and strategic service projects and patient services for the Division.
Manage and monitor of the Division\'s Key Performance Indicators assigned in portfolios.
Manage departmental budgets, including CAPEX, OPEX and manpower training budgets.
Ensure optimum utilisation of resources and capacity to meet demands in Allied Health services, including Manpower Management
Job Requirements:
Minimum a Degree in Business / Allied Health / Health Sciences
At least 8 years of experience in administration/project management, preferably in a healthcare industry
