Manage operations and ensures team members delivers high quality of standard. Supervise, guide and develop a group of motivated team members. Set KPIs and revenue targets, work on action plan and drive performance to achieve KPIs Work with marketing on upcoming marketing plan and strategy for the brands. To carry out task effectively and efficiently in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant under your portfolio. Requirements At least a Diploma. Preferably in Administration/Management, hospitality or equivalent. At least 4 years of working experience in Supervisory/ Management role. Must possess a strong passion in working in F&B industry and its operational processes. Adaptive to fast paced environment and is always ready to accept new challenges. Service oriented, good time management with ability to handle various projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of employees. Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments as well as key customers. Administration knowledge of F&B operations and Quality management is a MUST.
