Support the development and implementation of effective governance and controls for timely and appropriate management information. . Define, manage, and review the approval of contract extensions. . Review and report on Non-Employed Worker (NEW) end-dates in a meaningful way . Work with line managers and BPMs to ensure that the extensions of NEW's are actioned . Support and streamline Position Management processes including the hiring approval process. . Responsible for writing and publishing process guidelines on headcount control. . Partner with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Requirements: . Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. . Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. . Comfortable to articulate problem statements, conceptualize solutions and getting a buy-in are essential skills needed . Attention to detail, analytical mindset and team player
