Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of effective governance and controls for timely and appropriate management information.
- Define, manage, and review the approval of contract extensions.
- Review and report on Non-Employed Worker (NEW) end-dates in a meaningful way
- Work with line managers and BPMs to ensure that the extensions of NEW's are actioned
- Support and streamline Position Management processes including the hiring approval process.
- Responsible for writing and publishing process guidelines on headcount control.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Data Analytics and Degree in the relevant field.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable to articulate problem statements, conceptualize solutions and getting a buy-in are essential skills needed
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset and team player
