We are looking for a person for the position of a sales consultant for our company. This role is for the division that works on Immigration services to people on Employment pass intending to settle in Singapore applications in Singapore. Immigration approval rates are low. So applicants tend to engage professional consultants to file the application. This is the main service offering of our company. This role is more for Enquiry to conversion phase. We run various types of digital advertising campaigns. So potential customers contact us on email, website form, whatsapp. However they need to be converted into paying customers. Leads are created in our CRM system which you are required to attend and convert.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities Contacting potential customers on the phone, by email, via whatsapp, and in person – in office meetings Conducting sales presentations to the customer in the office or on zoom Handling customer questions, inquiries, and doubts Preparing and sending quotes and proposals Convincing customers to take our services Follow up with the customer Meeting monthly sales targets

Sales Consultant Requirements 2-4 year of sales experience. Training on immigration matters will be provided Experience of sales in Singapore immigration matters is preferred Motivated enough to do same presentations again and again Excellent customer service and sales skills Strong verbal and written communicator Excellent phone and presentation skills

You must be authorised to work in Singapore. We are not sponsoring any visa. There will be fixed base pay + commission. Some % of work from home is possible, however often you need to meet potential client in the office.
