Role Overview
The Implementation Manager works with new and existing customers to onboard Revinate’s full suite of products and ensure long-term success.
The role is a blend of project and stakeholder management, application configuration and customer-facing communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapts to new technology and can manage simultaneous projects with varying deadlines autonomously.
Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and help establish and refine the processes and systems required to scale our Professional Services organization. To feel confident and proficient with the implementation process with the ability to manage full expected launch capacity
Begin identifying improvements to the implementation process and how the team can better scale the Professional Services organization
What You’ll Do
Work directly with hotel customers to implement Revinate products while incorporating each hotel’s strategy and unique needs
Independently manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with each project running approximately 6-10 weeks
Manage customer expectations and deliverables throughout the implementation process to ensure key milestones are met on-time
Create and improve internal SOPs in order to provide better service and adapt to continuous product changes
Coordinate with hospitality vendors to ensure integrations and other critical components are completed on time
Use critical thinking to solve for non-standard requests

What You’ll Bring
3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the following areas:
Hands-on project management experience with customer-facing SaaS technology
Hotel Operations or Hospitality Marketing background is a plus
Experience utilizing hotel systems such as OPERA, roomMaster, Maestro, etc. is a plus
Basic understanding of the creation and management of email marketing campaigns
Experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp, TravelClick, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
Ability to simultaneously manage timelines, deliverables and overall projects for multiple customer engagements
Tech-savvy, interested in learning new products and technologies
Highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to help SaaS novices learn new technology
Experience collaborating with individuals across an organization
Self starter, who enjoys working in customer-facing roles and team environments, can work autonomously
