Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month (Depending on Experienc) 3 Months Probation Period Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
(Saturday / Sunday and Public Holidays as per standard)

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents: Booking orders, Quotations Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, Purchase orders, Profit Table and other such reports to relevant parties
• Coordinate Clients request with Suppliers via QQ, Wechat and other such communication tools.
• Comminicate with clients via email
• Responsible for picking and packing of goods for local sales from the warehouse
• Perform all office duties including general administration
• Data entry into company ERP system
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers

• Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices
• Positive working attitude with good initiatives
• Willingness to Learn
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
