This is a structured career programme that works towards being a centre leader (Principal) within 4 years after the completion of the required Early Childhood Care and Education qualification. This is how your 4-year journey may look like:

Year 1 to 3 as a Teacher/Lead Teacher, where you can
a. Strengthen your foundation in curriculum, child development & pedagogy
b. Achieve curriculum mastery for 2 months to 6 years old children
c. Lead small teams
d. Foster Parent-Centre relationships

Year 4 as a Deputy Centre Leader, where you will
a. Build and strengthen community-centre relationships
b. Achieve mastery in centre management operations
c. Mentor and coach centre staff/teachers

After your 4 years, you may assume a Principal position where you take up Centre Leadership duties and being entrusted with the influence of children under your care as well as responsibilities of managing a child-care centre achieve mastery in curriculum design. Candidates will be groomed for subsequent education-related management positions depending on their respective strengths, inclinations and needs of the organisation. There are also leadership developmental opportunities available, such as sponsorship for Master in Early Childhood Education.

Requirements:
Fresh Graduates with a good degree (all disciplines), or mid-careerists with not more than 5 years of working experience, with the passion to build a career in Early Childhood may apply.
