Jo Description Industry 4.0 Solutions Director:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the department that is responsible to implement ERP application and other Industry 4.0 solutions that works side-by-side with ERP.
  • Lead a team of 5-10 consultants. Responsible for the resource within the department, including hiring, retention and career advancement.
  • Responsible for the Department’s cashflow, cost and revenue.
  • The team needs to work with clients to evaluate user request for new or modified systems or applications to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, computer capabilities, and impact on business.
  • The team needs to identify process improvements and work with customers to effectively implement changes e.g. modules, enhancements, small projects, optimization.
  • Responsible for presales demo to convince customer and win the deal.
Requirement:
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Science, Finance, Accounting or Economy.
  • 10 years of working experience in Manufacturing or Distribution / Logistics.
  • ERP experience is essential. Experience as implementor is preferred. Experience as super user will be considered. Experience in all the various modules of ERP will be positive consideration.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is desired. Implementing ERP in factory, responsible to maintain ERP, or work as production manager will all be considered.
  • Experience in APS software is preferred. Otherwise those with experience in planning and schedule are also acceptable.
