Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure projects, with a focus on cloud technologies, data center migration, and AS400 systems. Your expertise in infrastructure management, cloud computing, PMP certification, and knowledge of AS400 will be crucial in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Managing projects related to AS400 Infrastructure, Data Centre migration.

• Manage and oversee end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure engineers, cloud architects, network administrators, and data center personnel to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and ensure effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure management, cloud technologies, and AS400 systems.

Requirements * Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, with a focus on cloud technologies and data center migration.
• Strong knowledge and experience with infrastructure management, including network architecture, server systems, storage solutions, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Familiarity with AS400 systems and understanding of their integration within the overall infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks and issues.
• Knowledge of industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
