Create, present and follow up on design reviews with customer. Assist sales/pre-sales for tender and quotes when required. Work with delivery team to ensure successful implementation of projects. Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand-over from pre-sales to the operation/delivery teams. Periodically organizing and driving the evaluation of the architecture and the plan for future enhancements of the network environment. Identifies and evaluates technical architecture to ensure solutions satisfy business requirements and performance goals. Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion. Design appropriate training programs and workshops for project team. Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain operational efficiency. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer science/ IT /Engineering or equivalent. Cisco CCNP required. CCIE highly preferred. In depth knowledge in layer 2 and layer 3 protocols. Strong experiences in major IT infrastructure, vulnerability assessment, system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations. Good technical skills in engineering, computer and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well. Competent and proficient understanding in IT Infrastructure Services, Cloud Computing and Structured Cabling. Good communication and writing skills with strong interpersonal skills and vendor management in negotiation and collaboration.
