Server, , LAN, WAN, Office automation, etc. and responsibility for daily operations of IT infrastructure by monito Job Responsibilities: Manage and support TEEHAI's IT Infrastructure systems- ie. Server, , LAN, WAN, Office automation, etc. and responsibility for daily operations of IT infrastructure by monitoring and correcting issues related to IT system to provide optimum, highest uptime and continual usage for Business operations. Perform regular backups and executing recovery. Work with various groups of users, vendors, Country ITs, Regional IT teams to plan and implement Server, Network, and Infrastructure related systems as per expectation. Manage and/or coordinate local IT, and vendors to deliver project deliveries in expected good quality, within budget and within timeline. Translate business requirements, questions, problems related to Server, Network, and Infrastructure systems into IT solutions. Work with Vendors, Contractors, users, and IT teams to develop and implement standard processes, guidelines, procedures related to Server, Network, and Infrastructure operations, as well as to ensure compliance to internal and external controls. Participate and/or manage Server, Network and Infrastructure setup, maintenance, implementation, upgrade, testing, go-live, support and resolution. Manage, coordinate and control Server, Network and Infrastructure project related documents under responsibility - i.e. Business requirement, Request for Proposal, Technical documents, Training document, Testing scripts, project plan & schedule, etc.-to ensure quality and consistency. Other duties as assigned. Experience : Bachelor's in related field. Minimum 4 - 7 years experiences in Network and Infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Firewall, Server, Hyper-V, AD, Veeam Backup software etc.) Project implementation management, and 3 - 5 years experiences in supporting and implementing Server, network, and Infrastructure project. Good in communication, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from different groups of users in different countries, Strong analytical and planning ability and able to manage and prioritize issues.
