You will play a vital role to build and execute talent acquisition strategies by partnering with key business stakeholders to meet current and future resourcing demands. Initiate, co-ordinate and manage projects to enhance TA team’s ability to deliver a best-in-class in-house talent acquisition service. Main Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting, solving recruitment challenges, strategizing and executing on innovative approaches to attract top talent to drive growth across the business.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to build trust-based relationships, develop a deep understanding of their hiring requirements and priorities.
  • Consult with Hiring Managers to identify job requirements, scope recruitment needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting.
  • Build and maintain pipeline of candidates that are rich in diversity to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
  • Implement talent acquisition programs; optimizing regional vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement of recruiting process.
  • Collate market research and provide insight to Hiring Managers on talent pool sizing, competitor information and market challenges.
  • Implement innovative hiring practices by using new methods or channels that allows the business to attract top talent.
  • Establish metrics and reporting for ongoing review, analysis and decision making to optimize hiring activity.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Manager and working collaboratively to implement region-wide talent acquisition projects.
  • Drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, coaching Hiring Manger on interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.




Experiences

  • 6+ years of prior recruiting experience and 2-3 years as an in-house recruiter managing full life cycle recruiting, vendor and project management.
  • Demonstrable experience thriving in a transformative environment with proven capability to influence change and manage effectively through ambiguity in a global matrix organization.
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, branding, effective candidate sourcing tools, and proficiency in ATS.
  • Experienced in successfully navigating in a global organization, ideally within commodity trading, food production, or food supply chain business.
  • Coach candidates and advise your Hiring Managers on creative sourcing strategies and recruitment industry best practices.




Skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Workday/SmartRecruiters/iCIMS.
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships, influence stakeholders, and customer service orientated.
  • Demonstrable teamwork, collaboration skills, having an agile and adaptive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proven capability in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Creative and innovative individual who can use data and analytics to create compelling stories.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
