Job Description
The Inside Sales & Marketing to support the sales team to reply on the email inquiry and marketing aspects of the Company`s products. The responsibilities include preparation of quotation, maintain the business-related information, digital marketing, event planning and variety of tasks. The target is to support the sales team to increase market share and revenue.
- Handle sales inquiries & preparation of quotation.
- Ensure all business-related information and data is the latest and up to the date. (e.g. Price list, Customer record, etc.)
- Develop sales tools and other marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheet, etc.
- Design, maintain and monitor company`s website, social media.
- Carry out advertising and production activities. (e.g. Product launch, Application note, etc.)
- Work with the sales team to plan and execute marketing promotion activities.
- Create graphics and artwork collaterals in adherence to the branding and visual consistency emphasized by the organization.
- Plan and execute search engine marketing and optimization (SEC, SEM) to increase webpage visibility.
- Design and copy writing of website landing pages or DEM Marketing.
- Event planning (e.g. Exhibition, Product launches, Marketing programs, etc.)
- Any other tasks that are assigned by management.
- Diploma/Degree from any field of study
- Self initiative and responsible
