Job Description

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for monitoring and coordinating various operational activities across Sentosa Island, including but not limited to matters relating to safety and security matters as well as facilities and crowd management.
• Operate and upkeep various systems residing in IOH, including Incident Management System, Guest Information System, EMaintenance System and Consent To Work Systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the day-to-day full spectrum of operations of Sentosa Island, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of activities across Sentosa, along with end-to-end follow up and closure of cases.
• Management of cases and incidents, including deployment of required resources to ground.
• Maintain situational awareness of island happenings, including Transport Nodes, Events, Carparks etc.
• Escalate significant incidents for proper attention and follow up as required.
• Respond to Member of Public reports as well as internal/external stakeholders\' reports and calls via IOH Hotline and IOH Duty Handphone.
• Dissemination of information via Public Announcement / BGM System.
• Dissemination of information via Guest Information System.
• Operate various systems residing in IOH, such as but not limited to:

o Incident Management System (IMS) o Guest Information System (GIS) o E-Maintenance System (EMS) o E-Consent To Work Systems (eCTW) o Carpark System o Integrated Surveillance System (ISS)

• Preparation of IOH daily report, to be sent out to relevant stakeholders.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
• Have working experience in operations
• Able to manage and protect highly confidential and proprietary information
• Able to work under stress
• Able to perform shifts, including overnight work and weekends
