Work experience at least 2years in a related field of Interiors Fit Out work is preferred
Assist in tenders -preparing documents for calling of quotations, replying to subcontractor's queries, comparing quotations, compiling for submissions.
Check and validate BOQ and drawings.
Tender quantity taking off and sourcing of sub-contractors & suppliers for quotation and price comparison.
In charge/ assist in preparation of tender submission
Prepare, negotiate and evaluate cost for subcontractor works
Prepare materials board / sourcing materials.
Prepare document for permit to work submission to owner or management.
Prepare main costing/ VO costing to manager.
Preparing and monitoring cost budget vs actual cost
* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project / contract manager.
