You will be supporting the team on Capex works at Capital Tower.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractors\xe2\x80\x99 performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration work
- Attend site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance/upgrading and works at buildings
- Maintain building operation manuals and any records relating to the buildings
- Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations (A&A) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assigned
Preferred studies in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Able to deliver work timely
Good written and oral communication skills
