This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, one of the world's leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to support our business needs.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Configuration and Customization:- Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types- Help create and modify reports, dashboards, and workflows- Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalitiesData Management:- Assist in data imports, exports, updates, and data quality management- Help maintain data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleanups- Support in merging and deduplicating records to ensure accurate dataUser Support and Training:- Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and answering queries- Assist in the development and delivery of user training and documentation- Help create user guides and training materials for Salesforce usersDocumentation:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes, configurations, and user guidesProject Support:- Collaborate with team members on Salesforce projects and initiatives- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand business requirements- Assist in the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutionsAdministrative Tasks:- Help maintain system security by managing user roles, profiles, and permissions- Assist in monitoring system performance and addressing technical issues- Support the team with other administrative tasks as neededOther ad-hoc projects as requiredRequirementsPreferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplinesBasic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development toolsPossess fundamental understanding of CRM concepts and best practicesFamiliarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience is an advantageAttained Salesforce Trailhead badges or other certificationsPrior experience in Salesforce administration through coursework or personal projects, which includes user setup, security settings, and data managementClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
