We develop strategic solutions that align with our vision, manage organisational change, enhance employee experience, and foster innovation, partnership, and leadership to create a growth-oriented workplace.Get to Know the RoleThis is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Country People Operations.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development, wellness and inclusivity at work
• Develop editorial content that supports employee engagement, through internal channels like email announcement, intranet
• Analyze metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness
• Support end-to-end intern experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• Familiar with Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
• Proficiency in using Gen AI solutions to address real-life problems within HR
