- Conducting time and motion studies to analyze how tasks are performed in a manufacturing or operational environment.
3. Lean Manufacturing Initiatives:
- Involvement in Lean projects, such as 5S initiatives, Value Stream Mapping, or Kaizen events.
4. Process Improvement:
- Analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements
5.Creation of site machine layout & creation of Std work
