- Sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in lodging asset class.
- Monitoring and analyzing property performance and its respective investments, including appropriate returns benchmarking
- Contributing to firm\xe2\x80\x99s investment management strategy through research and market intelligence, including keeping current on the competitive and regulatory landscape and best practice
- Maintain and update Investment and Asset Management databases
- Assist the team in projects and building presentation for pitches
