• Support the lead IT consultant in drafting the Digitalisation Strategy
• To gather market information of Real Estate Management IT eco-system
• To quickly learn and understand how terrestrial 3D scanners hardware, Building Information Model (BIM) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) software works
• Consolidate the information meant for client make or buy decision
• Develop opposing Digitalisation Strategy meant to provide clarity by contrast
• May also be required to support the lead consultant in different area of business (e.g. Supply Chain Resilience, Predictive AI for manufacturing, etc.)

Qualifications

• Independent thinking, facts and data-centric style of argument construction
• Highly resourceful in gathering data from reliable and trustworthy sources
• Able to work full time for a minimum period of 3 months
• Undergraduate or Postgraduate studies in Business & IT

• Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
• For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student\'s Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
• You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
• You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
• The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.

• Between 18 to 25 years old (inclusive) as of date of WHP application
