We are looking for a P&O Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our P&O department's daily operations. Some of the P&O Intern's responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain employee P-Files.
• Schedule interviews for potential candidates after screening resumes.
• Work closely with Assistant Director, Human Capital and Organisation Transformation on *SCAPE's organisation transformation, which includes managing staffs' learning and development needs.
• Tidying and sending out emails through the *SCAPE main HR email account.
• Kickstart and maintain the mental wellness program in *SCAPE.
• Plan and co-ordinate activities for staffs' welfare, training, and teambuilding needs.
• Revise outdated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and its process flow.
• Assist in improving *SCAPE's performance appraisal exercise.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
