Operation window optimization with process interaction study across multiple loops

Description of project:

Define the optimized operation window based on process interaction study across multiple loops as well as considering the manufacture capability.

Scope:

Your job scope (as an engineering intern) would likely involve supporting the operation window optimization for specific processes under the guidance of a senior engineer. Some specific tasks that you may be responsible could include:

• Understand the correlation with probe to inline metrics
• Understand the manufacturing capability of the specific processes
• Simulate the process interaction effect across multiple loops with the support of inline characterizations
• Troubleshoot the source of variations for inline and probe metrics

Deliverables:

• Clear metrics on the optimum operation window
• Recommendation and enable the process to operate within the window, define the challenges and future works

Skillset Required :

• Students pursuing Bachelor\'s degree in engineering,
