Title of project:

NAND Cell device analysis and variation improvement

Description of project:

Process Integration department plays a critical role in Micron\'s high volume manufacturing plant. PI oversees and integrates complex fabrication processes optimization to achieve best in class product performance and reliability to meet customer requirements. PI analyzes the cell device characteristics, identify source of variations and develop novel solutions to deliver stable and consistent product performance ( e.g. erase/program capability, endurance) to Micron\'s customers.

Scope:

L earn the basic device knowledge. Understand the interaction between cell metrics and process, e ngage in cell variation characterization and the direction to improve the cell device capability. Design and execute process experiments to reduce cell variation. Partner with process area on cell optimization conversions to improve cell capability, widen process window, and meet optimum probe/backend yield, quality, and reliability.

Deliverables:

• Perform basic cell device analysis. Identify the opportunities to improve overall cell device capability

Skillset Required :

• Students pursuing Bachelor\'s degree in engineering
