Position Overview
The Human Resources Intern supports the Human Resources department in coordinating and organizing a range of human resources activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company's performance standards and Hotel Goals.
The Role
Logistical and Administrative Support

  • Apply communication skills to perform workplace task
  • Produce business documents using software
  • Build relationship with colleagues, and manage colleagues needs and expectation
  • Provide administrative and logistical support and handle related request or query
  • Draft and disseminate information for the Human Resources activities
Colleagues Rewards and Recognition
  • Plan and execute yearly colleagues' activities including annual dinner and dance and general staff session
  • Collate and compile general feedbacks
  • Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues' facilities including lockers and changing room, colleagues' cafeteria and colleagues' shuttle bus
  • Update notice board and ACE on a timely basis
  • Coordinate Human Resources related activity between vendor/service
  • Source for vendor/service for colleagues' activities and submit recommendation for management decision
  • Review weekly duty rosters
Talent Profile
  • Prior experience in hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong time-management
  • Experience in events management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
