Get to Know the Team: As Grab is expanding into a SuperApp, we are constantly looking into recruiting fresh talent who are able to inject new ideas into the organization. Get to Know the Role: As a Tech Talent Acquisition Intern, your responsibilities include working with our internal Tech Talent Acquisition team to see through the end-to-end hiring process in a highly competitive field. You will be actively involved in sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and experience stakeholder management. This opportunity will give you the experience to work with global talent in an extremely exciting and fast-paced environment. You will get exposure to working with our internal tech team, interacting with various stakeholders, and streamlining our processes to ensure a more effective experience. The Day-to-Day Activities: Recruit talents for the Grab tech team Partnering with the TA team to understand the full hiring cycle (taking in-depth job briefings and building robust, consistent job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators) Opportunity to work with and support multiple stakeholders in the Grab ecosystem Perform a 360 talent acquisition role to source, screen, review, schedule, and offer candidates Learn how the TA team builds and maintains excellent working relationships with key sponsors, hiring managers, and internal departments, working as a seamless part of HR operations Learn to use sourcing platforms outside of LinkedIn Projects & Learning Objectives: Opportunity to be involved in various TA-related projects which can range from engagement, process efficiency, candidate experience, etc. Managing the end-to-end recruiting process Stakeholder management Attracting the right talent pool Seamlessly guide candidates through the process The Must-Haves: Only for candidates who are available from Jan-May 2023 Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business, Arts & Social Science, or other relevant courses Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Added plus points include an avid interest in the tech industry, start-ups, and a fast-paced environment Our Commitment: We are committed to building diverse teams and creating an inclusive workplace that enables all Grabbers to perform at their best, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity or sexual orientation and other attributes that make each Grabber unique.
