Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on various employee benefits programs and initiatives across APAC region
• Keep abreast on legislative updates, industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits
• Analyse and evaluate different benefits options including cost analysis to provide insights to decision making
• Utilise Google Sheets, Google Data Studio and other tools to create dashboards and reports to present benefits related insights to the HR team
• Work with external benefits providers on data requirements for analysis and benefits options evaluation
• Utilise Google Sheets to build efficient regional benefits inventory or database
• Identify opportunities of process improvements and propose innovative solutions
• Build presentations, infographics and communication materials for employee communications on benefits changes or updates

Requirements

• University undergraduate in business field of study
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with numbers and data
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel, Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Canva
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Meticulous and love attention to details
• Enjoy problem solving and have a never give up attitude
