ASEAN sourcing project (30%)
-Support potential supplier scanning
-Support project documentation and presentation
-Support data research as well as liaising with various departments/divisions within Bosch organization on information gathering
-Support research of Free Trade Agreement topic of ASEAN within Asia Pacific
System Data Maintenance (40%)
-Update of contracted pricing into SAP system
-Support in ensuring data quality in SAP
-Support other purchasing tool data maintenance eg. SRM (Supplier Relationship Maintenance)
-Payment verification on invoices discrepancy
Document preparation (10%)
-Prepare Contract documents with Suppliers and route for signatories
Purchasing Support (10%)
-Support team buyers in purchasing task
eg.- Data analysis of quotation and supplier profile-following up on quotation request
-Provide support to other business functions with regards to enquiries about pricing, master datamaintenance
-Ensure documents / approvals are in place for Mitigation checks
-Preparation and sending of mass communications to suppliers
-Basic knowledge in supply-chain/logistic to support PUR on operation topics.
Purchasing Reporting (10%)
-Support team in various purchasing reporting functions

Qualifications

• Able to work full time for a period of 6 months
• Mature, motivated, takes initiative, and strong willingness to learn
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must
• Knowledge of Power BI, VBA Macros would be useful
• Have past experience in creating reports and comfortable with data-handling
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to speak and communicate in fluent English
• Able to multi-task and work independently with high level of responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Able to work in a multinational and cultural diversified environment
• Positive & pro-active work ethic, must be a self-starter
• Studies: Business, Economics, Marketing
