Assure the integrity of the inventory within the Distribution Center.
Ensure inbound material is accurate to purchase orders and received within 24 hours.
Resolve Past due purchase orders in coordination with accounting and purchasing.
Chair global scrap meetings, coordinate data entry from world-wide distribution centers and execute Natick DC scrap transactions.
Manage inventory cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and work with finance for resolution/approvals and serve as point of contact for all internal and external audits.
Daily organization of resources and task prioritization to ensure OTR goals are met.
Ensure all end of month inventory reporting is completed accurately and on time.
Assist with budgeting of department expenses and monthly/quarterly reconciliation.
Develop and analyze data such as material usage reports and transaction history to determine material stocking levels and locations to maximize efficiency within the warehouse.
Implement, direct, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives in the Distribution Center
Conduct root-cause analysis of issues and use data to drive resolution to metric disruptions.
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
BS/BA in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.
1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 leadership experience in Inventory, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Distribution, or other Supply Chain function(s).
Experience with inventory management software (e.g., ERP) and forecasting strategies
Proficient or advanced knowledge of analytical tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
Lean Manufacturing and problem solving and investigative skills.
