Job Description
$10,500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Assist in portfolio management of the BU\'s assets in the ANA markets.
- Assist in BU-level and HQ initiatives such as budgeting and forecasting, valuation, management retreats, ESG, digitalisation & corporate governance initiatives, etc.
- Assist in various BU-level reporting.
- Assist in syndication of new private funds and fund management.
- Support country teams in investment and divestment transactions including deal evaluation and preparation of approval papers.
- Support country teams in reviewing their policies and SOPs, and ensuring proper compliance of corporate policies and SOPs.
- Support country teams in formulating and executing asset management initiatives and potential exit strategies to optimise asset value.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in investment and asset management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
