Sourcing and underwriting of real estate opportunities
Execution of real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and post-transaction management work
Strategic planning processes, including research into new asset classes or geographies
Portfolio management and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience underwriting and executing commercial real estate investment deals
Experience in the UK market and value-add deals will be an added advantage
Strong financial modelling, research and analytical skills
Good presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues in clear and succinct way
Able to manage tight timelines
