What the role is:
The intern will be attached to the Institute of Public Sector Leadership (IPSL). To assist the Individual Contributors and Middle Managers Programmes Teams.
What you will be working on:
- Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver learning and development interventions. - Be part of the review team of learning and development specialists to design a new leadership milestone programme for middle managers in the Public Service. - Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the learning interventions delivered, and provide recommendations for improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Interest in current affairs, governance and policy issues - Able to work both independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment - Good writing, sense-making and project management skills - Able to handle ambiguity and stay calm in the face of unexpected changes Availability: May - Jul/Aug
