Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and support applications and their operating environments in accordance to the service level expectations (not limited to start of day checks, continuous application monitoring, perform same-day reconciliations)
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner
• Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues on current application delivery, and communicates impact to the technology partners and business units
• Work closely with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements
• Acts as SME on Private Wealth Management (Olympic) and Payment-related areas (SWIFT,MEPS+, G3/FAST) to stakeholders and /or other team members to achieve quick resolutions to application issues, driving service stability and efficiency improvements
• Jointly develop and maintain technical support documentation with the application delivery teams
• Support, review and develop application contingency planning to ensure the right level of availability in accordance to the service level agreements
• Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production
• Be able to manage and execute projects according to assigned defined scope, schedule and within approved budget
• Engages in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology (IT)
• At least 10 years relevant experience in the application development, preferably in private banking and/or wealth management domain
• Strong technical foundation and practitioner in the SDLC and Project Management discipline
• Experience in writing SQL queries, handling scheduling tools, secured file transfer protocols (SFTP) would be an advantage
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills for both technical/application areas
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills and be able to act as a liaison between users, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors
• Good product functional knowledge in Private Banking or Wealth Management product suite (knowledge of Olympic would be advantageous)
