Provide Level 1 remote and on-site troubleshooting isolation and resolution
Experience in Desktop support for Windows O/S
Troubleshoot & resolve desktop/laptop, network and system related issues & faults
Document the resolution of incidents and problems
Support customers via email and phone calls
Work with customers, helpdesk, service manager, project manager, and vendor in problem-solving
Requirements
Candidate should possess NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Cyber Security or equivalent.
1-2 Year(s) of working experience in IT environment preferred. Preferably experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
On-job training will be provided. The candidate might also be sent to attend IT courses conducted by external trainers.
