Candidate requirements
- Strong functional knowledge on Global Markets and Global Banking products - Forex, Swaps, Money Market, rates, bonds, Trade, Cash..
- Should have a strong functional knowledge on the front to back chain and IS Architecture from Booking to back office to Settlements/confirmation, Accounting, Regulatory reporting, Compliance
- Program management experience in running front to Back projects is a must - Chains of 50-60+ applications
- Accountable for leading the functional study and architecture definition for the project
- Coordination among application teams across geographies and territories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in managing CXO level stakeholders, running Steering committee and other organizational meetings
- Test strategy preparation, test Planning and test execution for large programs.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the industry with Investment banking experience
- Experience in enabling basic branch IT setup and infrastructure working in coordination with the local IT teams
- Experience in licensing and regulatory approvals process, SWIFT setup and licensing and other topics needed for a new business setup
