Responsibilities:
Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Log, track, and manage support requests using a ticketing system
Prioritize and escalate tickets to higher-level support when needed
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems
Any ad-hoc duties as required
