About Our Client

Our client is one of Singapore\'s largest and trusted companies. They have been in the business for decades and strive to provide innovate and sustainable energy solutions.

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining the physical and cloud IT Infrastructure 24x7
• Executing routine maintenance such as patching and reconfiguration
• Monitoring the health of on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure and rectify abnormalities.
• Managing backups and recovery
• Executing corrective maintenance and operational processes.
• Manage software licenses and maintenance support agreements with vendors and ensure they are fit-for-purpose and renewed on-time
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date system documentation such as technical drawings, configurations, maintenance procedures, software and hardware asset inventory, and any other associated artefacts.
• Overseeing contractors and vendors
• Managing procurement and delivery of IT equipment and services.
• Managing the reporting of IT resource utilisation statistics.
• Managing access control and attestation of services periodically, such as VPN, mobile subscription etc.
• Managing on boarding and off boarding processes for IT accounts, services and resources.
• Implementing new functionalities on existing IT systems or new IT systems when necessary.
• Carrying out routine inspection of data centres, including IT assets and facilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate would be one with the following:

• At least 3 years of IT infrastructure management experience
• Experience in cloud environment
• Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure maintenance and operations
• Strong understanding across on on-premise and cloud infrastructure components

Good to have:

• Intermediate proficiency in cloud environment management (laaS, PaaS, SaaS)
