Job Description

The Job:

• Provide innovative and cost-effective IT solutions to meet business objectives and timeline, continually evaluate solutions, approaches, risks and make improvements.

• Establish close working partnership with Application team and Regional IT counterparts for all IT initiatives.

• Responsible for User Management and engaging users on their requests for IT solution, required briefings and trainings.

• Provide key support for IT Network Infrastructure, Cloud Solution and aiding IT applications.

• Provide optimal systems availability, minimize users’ disruption and downtime.

• Secure network by developing secured network access, monitoring, control and evaluation, maintaining documentation and performing audit requirement.

• Enforce IT standards, policies and procedures for security and control to protect organization's value by keeping data & information confidential.

• Responsible for IT Projects and Vendor Management (from Assessment, Procurement, Go-Live, Yearly renewal to Decommission)
  

• Min Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Ability to communicate to various level of end-user
• Hand-on experience in the following applications: Windows Server Administration, Setup Server, Desktop, Printer and other peripherals, Switch, Router, Firewall and Access Point configuration, Patch Management, Server Room Environment (FM200, EMS, UPS, Precision Aircon, etc), Structured Cabling, Backup and Recovery, Database Administration and Virtualization Technology
• Attention to detail and well-versed in documentation
• Candidate will need to provide IT support to our China Office. Must be able to read and speak Chinese
