We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, self-driven individual(s) who can excel in addressing all aspects of member interactions independently to deliver the first rate flying and membership experiences desired by our unmatched members.
IT Intern
$1200-$1600
Core Responsibilities
- Providing onsite support to tackle office and staff physical IT issues
- Engage with users and provide specific quick turnaround solution
- Provide IT technical guidance as necessary
- Provide IT-related documents (e.g., workflow)
- Day-to-day IT operations support. E.g. Solving user\'s applications problems such as Office365, printing issues, etc
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes
- Problems accessing to network resources Administration
- Solving user\'s PC and printing problems.
- Laptop / computer / IT Inventory control and update
- PC tuning
- Other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
