: Ensure reliable servers, networks, storage, cloud systems and manufacturing enterprise systems. Maintain backups, disaster recovery plans and business continuity.
Helpdesk & End-User Support
: Resolve IT issues and provide user training and guidance.
Security & Compliance
: Implement cybersecurity measures, ensure ISO27001 and internal policy compliance and coordinate risk mitigation.
Process & Reporting
: Develop IT procedures, track KPIs/SLAs and recommend process improvements.
Team & Vendor Management
: Supervise helpdesk operations and coordinate with vendors and consultants.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in IT operations, infrastructure management and helpdesk support.
Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, MES, WMS) and manufacturing IT environments.
