Perform standard monitoring and batch tools such as TrueSight, Geneos, Splunk
Monitor exceptions and react in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures
Perform timely escalation to support teams to ensure alerts/exceptions are promptly managed.
Support recovery of IT-related incidents related to software, hardware and applications
Create, assign tickets and perform escalation to relevant support for investigation
Ensure tickets are updated with recovery actions
Operate batch tools to support daily data processing
Monitor batch flow and exceptions, and perform timely escalation for investigation
Perform change request, batch submission, backup, recovery, restart functions
Perform timely health checks on various bank platforms such as AS400, Mainframe, etc.,
Ensure exceptions are escalated promptly for investigation and recovery
Manage printing and distribution
