Your Background
Experience in installation and support of the following technologies: Windows server, On Premise Cloud Virtualization preferably Nutanix HCI and services, VMware, M365, Patch Management, Active Directory, storage and backup
Preferably with Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE)
Know the ITSM process. ITIL version 3 or above certification.
Able to work IT support and other datacenter personnel to ensure uptime maximization
