We are seeking a IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us safeguard our systems and data.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Jurong West, Singapore
• Salary Package: Up to $7000 (basic)
• Job Type: Contract (renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the project coordinator for projects focused on student-centric systems witihin the Enterprise IT Division.
• Independently gather, organize, and document project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date project information.
• Provide administrative assistance for projects, including legacy applications primarily built with .NET and Oracle PL/SQL.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex IT projects, including system integration and interfacing.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, system analysis, and design.
• Familiarity with Oracle technologies and development tools, including Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL scripting.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
