Job Description

We are seeking a IT System Analyst to be responsible for the project implementation and transition of the Student Management System within the Enterprise IT Division.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Jurong West, Singapore
• Salary Package: Up to $6000 (basic)
• Job Type: Contract (renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the users to analyze and define user requirements, recommend, and evaluate appropriate end-to-end IT solutions.
• Manage project and change implementation, and maintain and support the implemented system.
• Provide support by servicing change requests related to policy changes, statutory or academic requirements, and resolving system incidents.
• Develop and manage change management plans, processes, communications, resistance management, and user training/coaching.
• Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
• Update existing documentation as changes and patches are implemented.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for new IT software projects to support future systems.
• Ensure seamless systems integration and data flow to/from existing/external applications and the Student system.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting and implementing IT systems (.NET, SQL and Oracle)
• Ability to communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of full SDLC and Agile development methodologies, application development lifecycle, testing, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Good working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, C#, .NET, XML, AngularJS, Angular.io, and Node.js.
• Experience with integration using Web Services, APIs, ETL, and workflow design.
• Experience in Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and OutSystems is an added advantage.
